LO76141: R9: MUI PACK INSTALLATION CITRIX ERROR

Error description

• R9 + MUI Packs
  The Citrix Version is 6.5
  Custoemr tried to install the new Notes 9.0 Client on Citrix.
  The Installation of the Client worked without any Problems.
  Customer installed the client like IBM described in the wiki:
  http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/dominowiki.nsf/dx/IBM_Notes_and_IBM_
  iNotes_9.0_on_Citrix_XenApp_6.5col_A_capacity_analysis
  After that they tried to install the MUI Packs.  And they have
  the following error message:
     muipack installer could not retrieve notes settings
  Then the Installations stops. This happens with every MUI Pack.
  Steps to reproduce:
  with basic Syntax:
  setup /v"SETMULTIUSER=1 MULTIUSERBASEDIR=w:\
  MULTIUSERCOMMONDIR=c:\Notes\common CITRIX=1"
  This is the Syntax which they used for the MUI packs:
  cd "\MUI Packs\G1A"
  setup.exe /s /v"CITRIX=1
  ADDLOCAL=Catalan,BrazilianPortuguese,German,French,Italian,Japan
  ese,Korean,SimplifiedChinese,Spanish,TraditionalChinese /l*v
  c:\LotusNotes90MUIG1A.log /qb"
  CIJ7MML - G1,
  CILI6ML - G2a. The error occured with both Language Packs
  Customer has tried with a clean installed machine.
  Customer has used NICE tool to uninstall Notes client.
  When they started the instlalation there was not a provious
  Notes client installed.
