APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1. open a mail with attachment such as .jpg
2. view the attachment and keep view window there
  3. open or edit the attachment( by default, .jpg will be
opened by Paint) and make some update.  Then try to save and
close.

RESULT: "A sharing violation occurred while accessing
C:\users\xhp\Appdate\local\Temp\notesXXXXXX\xxx.jpg." is popped
up. And you can't save the update to the file.
