When a subject line contains non-english characters, it can sometimes have extra spaces inserted that is seen by the receiveing party.
Local fix
Problem summary
Customer reported that Subject line with special characters may be corruted or included extra whitespace when sent from an Android device.
Problem conclusion
Notes Traveler client for Android was updated to properly encode these characters.
Temporary fix
