Error description
When administrator open id vault database via DDM event, it cannot open ID Vault Database in most cases. The cause of the problem is in TargetDatabase field value. It should be in correct file name, but it is set wrong value as below. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up ID Vault environment. And assign security policy to a user. 2. Launch Notes Client, And swith to id vault user. 3. Input wrong password. 4. Check ddm.nsf on server. Failure Security Event is posted in DDM as below. ID for 'TEST User/ptest' (IP Address 9.188.123.12:3468) in vault 'O=TESTVault' was not downloaded because the wrong password was supplied ...: Wrong Password 5. Open the above event in ddm, and click [Common Action - Open Database ] [Problem] The id vault database cannot open by this action. Because TargetDatabase has wrong value. (e.g. Correct file name is "IBM_ID_VAULT/TESTVault.nsf " but it is set "O=TESTVault") The same problem also occur in other id vault event
Local fix
Do not use the common action button in DDM.
