Using Domino 9.0 -create A desktop policy -customer settings -notes.ini -add the parameter $discover_homepage=1 Apply the policy to a user. Check policy synopsis and local nab and wait until policy has been properly pushed. -open Client's Notes.ini and look for $discover_homepage -value is set to 2
