Error description
When the user's primary mail server is down, Notes Traveler is not able to access the user's mail replicas when found. This problem can be worked around by issuing the command tell traveler mailreplicas update <UserId> <BackupMailServer> The problem is that Notes Traveler is mishandling the account id of the user making replica information not usable.
Local fix
This problem can be worked around by issuing the command tell traveler mailreplicas update <UserId> <BackupMailServer>
Problem summary
Customer found that if a user's primary mail server was down, they were not able to register a new device even if the backup mail servers were known.
Problem conclusion
The Notes Traveler server was updated to handle this scenario.
Temporary fix
