APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If the Synchronize settings (list of applications to sync) is
    locked in either the Notes Traveler DefaultSettings or in a
    Domino Traveler policy then IOS TODOs will not sync.
    

Local fix

  • Unlock the Synchronze setting.
    

Problem summary

  • Customer reported that Locking the apps to sync in the Notes
    Traveler device settings will prevent the Apple To Do app from
    syncing.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This was left over from when To Do sync was not supported on
    Apple devices.  The Notes Traveler server was updated to apply
    the apps to sync setting correctly now that To Dos are supported
    on Apple.
