Error description

  • When a group name contains special characters like german
    umlaute, sending mail from the Android client to that group will
    fail with an invalid group name.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer reported they were unable to send mail to a group
    name containing national language characters from and Android
    device.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Notes Traveler client for Android devices has been updated
    to handle groups names with special characters.
