APAR status

Error description

  • There was some fields missing in documents sent by Notes
    Traveler Android client so that when a user tried to recall a
    message the router could not find the message in the user mail
    file.  This change does not allow the recall to work for emails
    sent by Notes Traveler Android client.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer reported that they were unable to recall a message sent
    from an Android client using Notes Traveler.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A proper message ID was not being generated when sent from the
    Android device therefore preventing recall.  This issue has been
    resolved.
