Error description
Customer reported that when reply to a group from Apple device, if the group name existed in both the Traveler server domain and Mail domain, the mail would be delivered to the Traveler server domain group instead of mail domain group. Proplem is not a common issue.
Local fix
Manually append correct domain prefix to the group: group@domain.com
Problem summary
Customer reported that the Traveler server may send mail to the wrong group, if the group name is not unique to the Traveler server.
Problem conclusion
The Traveler server should check the mail server first for group lookup as that is where the device will check first as well.
Temporary fix
This fix will be included in Notes Traveler 8.5.3.200 IF1 and all later releases. See this technote for the latest maintenance information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
