LO72565: ADMINP RENAME REQUEST FAILS DUE TO INVALID CROSS CERTIFICATE

Error description

  • An Administrator creates a new Organization and  uses the
    Adminp rename process to move people to the new certifier..
    The Adminp process fails with the following error:
    
    "Domino Domain's" Directory Path: names.nsf; Error: The Address
    Book does not contain a cross certificate capable of validating
    the public key.
    

Local fix

  • Create a Notes Cross Certificate  for the new Organization
    using the original Certifier ID then reprocess the Adminp
    request(s), Initiate Rename in Domino Directory, that failed as
    a result of this issue.

     future release.
