Error description

• This is originally found in Connections Mail along with the
  issue in this SPR:KMOA8VM8KZ:  File name in Content-Disposition
  header generated with &cdafn URL parameter is cut off in case
  of long file name.
  
  The file name returned in Content-Disposition header when
  "&cdafn" is added to the URL is MIME encoded in case of DBCS
  name.
  IE and Safari don't decode such file name and show the encoded
  name.

  The file name returned in Content-Disposition header when

   name. IE and Safari don't decode such file names and show the
   encoded name as is in the file save dialog.
