Error description
Traveler WM client hitting 503 errors on HTC devices.

Problem summary
Customer reported that some HTC devices were not syncing correctly due to 503 error even though the server was up and running. Only these Windows Mobile HTC devices appear to be affected.
Problem conclusion
The device was getting some sort of connectivity error and sending 503 to the client. The client was updated to handle this scenario and simply retry the connection like a normal network outage.
Temporary fix
This fix will be included in Notes Traveler 8.5.3 Upgrade Pack 2 and all later releases. For latest maintenance information see this technote: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24019529
