Error description

• This issue is generated from this spr's fix :  JPAI7FQN4C:
  Domnio Admin Client
  should skip searching "domino" subdirectory in Files Panel.
  
  When setting ADMIN_CLIENT_SKIP_DOMINO=1 in server notes.ini and
  check "Retrieve
  only Domino file types (faster).Includes NSF,NTF,BOX ect" in
  Administration
  Preference dialog in Admin Client, open Files Panel in Admin
  Client, the folder
  "DAOS","domino","IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT","schema.ft" will all
  disappear. That
  will cause a issue : If user copy some NSF and NTF ,BOX files
  into these
  folders, they all will not appear in Admin Client.
  
  
  Reproducible steps:
  1.Set ADMIN_CLIENT_SKIP_DOMINO=1 in server notes.ini.
  2.Copy some NSF and NTF ,BOX files into folder
  "DAOS","domino","IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT","schema.ft".
  3.Start the server.
  4.In Administrator Client,set "Retrieve only Domino file types
  
  (faster).Includes NSF,NTF,BOX ect" in Administration Preference
  dialog and
  restart the client.
  5.In Admin Client Files Panel,you will see that all the files
  you copied will
  not show in Client although you select "Databases only" in "Show
  me"
  option.Because all the folders disappear now.
