Error description

  • When the user starts Notes the error 'RTVSCAN is operational
    and may be holding our memory' or '...Version mismatch' appear
    at Notes launch.
    After investigation it was shown that the user has pinned Lotus
    Notes and Minder in Taskbar of Windows 7.
    Sometimes the user didn't use the correct icon to start the
    Minder and then Lotus Notes.
    If they close Minder or if they don't use Minder the error
    doesn't occur.

  • Start Notes before Minder or close minder or click ok on popup
    or cease use of minder
