LO70006: IMAGE(JPG) PASTED INTO NOTES DOESN'T DISPLAY WELL

Error description

• Image(.jpg) pasted from browser could not display well in
  Notes.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1, Open the web page in IE browser:
  http://static6.photo.sina.com.cn/middle/4ca92fe1t8d73d2eb3c95&69
  0.
  2, Right click the picture in IE, and click "Copy".
  3, Open a new memo in notes client and move cursor in Body
  field, then paste
  the picture into it. You will find the picture is fuzzy.
  It is not the same
  as it shows in browser.
  
  -  After disabling "compress image pasted into document" option
  in notes
  preference, it is no help on this case.
  
  -  The image could display well in Symphony and Word
  Application.
  -  Save the image on disk and import it into notes, the image
  could display
  well.
  
  Customer would like to know whether it works as design, if
  not, is there
  any method could improve it?

• Save the image on disk and then import it into notes.
