Error description

Notes 8.5.2 on 10.5, 10.6, 10.7 when Chrome is set as the
default browser clicking on a URL link with a memo will result
in any previous default browser to launch and not Chrome.

Steps to reproduce.

1.) Install Chrome
2.) When prompted within Chrome make it the default browser on
the OS.
3.) Create a new memo, enter a URL link to any website.
4.) Ensure browser settings are set to "Use the Default on the
OS".
5.) Click on the URL link and it will result in the previous
set default browser launching instead of Chrome.

Verified default browser is set correctly within the browser on
the OS.
