  Error mean TMP File is in use by another program
  
  As per process monitor log TMP was lock by nserver.exe.
  Nserver.exe lock on TMP file cause Sharing Violation.
  In working scenario Nserver.exe only lock only NSF and it never
  touch TMP file.
