LO69530: "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION" AFTER UPGRADE TO NOTES R853

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Customer installed an additional Domino server on a new box, so
  to then move users from the old system to the new one.
  He tested moving 2 users. For the first user he simply moved the
  user's database from the old server to the new one. The second
  user he tested using the move user adminP process
  In both cases, both uses cannot access to their archive anymore,
  after they've been moved.
  They get error: You are not authorized to perform this operation
  The problem happens using both the Notes client and iNotes.
  The users were migrated on one Friday; they could properly work
  without any issues. The problem started happening the next
  Monday, after the weekend.
  If the affected users are added to the administrators group,
  then the problem does not happen.
  Looking at the console could see that the user gets the error,
  when trying to access the archive:
  OPEN_DB(CN=SRVMAIL/O=ORG!!archive\archive.nsf): 4
  ms.
  [134+290=424] (Utente non autorizzato a eseguire questa
  operazione)
  ==> You are not authorized to perform this operation <==
  

Local fix

• None other than set users as Admins
