Error description
On the Domino server which was set "iNotesUseNotesMemory=0" and "Full" for 'User UI mode' and "Set value and prevent changes" for 'How to apply the settings' at 'Mail Settings' Policy - 'Lotus iNotes Basices', iNotes user can't login the mail database with displaying "Loading IBM Lotus iNotes". Steps to reproduce: 1. Set "Full" for User UI mode and "Set value and prevent changes" for How to apply the settings at 'Mail Settings' Policy - 'Lotus iNotes Basices'. 2. Apply the mail policy to a iNotes user. and perform "tell adminp process mail policy" on Server console. 3. When the iNotes user logon , the user can't change from from Full Mode to Lite Mode because the switch action is not displayed. (It works fine) 4. Perform "set config iNotesUseNotesMemory=0" and "restart task http" on Server Console. 5. When the iNotes user login again, he can't login the mail database with displaying "Loading IBM Lotus iNotes".
