LO68032: ONE HOUR TIME DIFFERENCE IN LOG.NSF'S BETWEEN HIGH LEVEL STARTIN G TIME/ENDING TIME & SPECIFIC MISC EVENTS.

APAR status

Error description

• Within Log.nsf, the high level Starting Time/Ending Time of a
  set of
  Miscellaneous Events is one hour ahead of the specific events
  within the Events
  document.
  
  To repro:
  - Open the log.nsf
  - You'll see the Starting time & Ending time being Xhr.
  - Then open up that log entry, you then see that the
  Miscellaneous Events have
  a time of Xhr+1
  
  The same problem symptoms are reported in TechNote #1174412/SPR
  PCOY5P5H99,
  however, there's an internal note in that TN that states that
  that particular
  problem is caused by an Admin Client observing DST which is
  connecting to a
  server that does not observe DST or vice versa.
  However, the problem reported in this case happens regardless of
  DST.
  
  In this case, the customer has many Admin Clients connecting to
  many different
  servers. This problem is specific to one server only (which in
  the customer's
  case was in New Zealand with DST enabled).
  The problem can be seen via multiple Admin Clients regardless of
  whether they
  have DST is enabled or not.
  
  Using these same Admin Clients (with and without DST enabled)
  connecting to
  other servers (with and without DST enabled) - the problem is
  not seen.
  
  This is seen on Domino v853 with Admin Clients v852.
