Error description
SPR IISA8RZBBL defines the issue that declined repeat meeting appears as Private when delegated user access to calendar. If customer applies iNotes hotifix 401.8HF42 (the fix for MJON8GCUUH) and does the same steps in IISA8RZBBL, "A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail." error appears on status bar instead of being Private. Although the root cause seems to be the same, I created this SPR to distinguish the issue from IISA8RZBBL. Environment: Domino Server: 8.5.2FP2 (64bit) Hotfix: DWAHF_v8.52FP2_401.8HF42_852FP2HF701 OS: Windows2008 (64bit) Steps: 1. Create two users. UserA and UserB. 2. In ACL of UserB's mail database, set -Default- as no access with 'Read public documents' checked. 3. UserA opens UserA's iNotes. 4. UserA creates a repeat meeting and send it to UserB (Invitee). *Repeats meeting should include 'today'. For details, please see 'Troubleshooting'. 5. UserB opens UserB's iNotes. 6. UserB opens the meeting invitation and accept it. 7. Switch to calendar view and open one of the accepted meeting. 8. UserB declined the meeting (all instance). 9. UserA opens UserB's calendar as delegated user access. Expected Result: No meeting is visible as UserB declined all instance in step8. When iNotes hotfix 401.8HF42 (fix for MJON8GCUUH included) is applied on 8.5.2FP2, "A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail." error appears on status bar instead of being Private. However, this error displays only when declined repeat meeting includes today. (i.e. Say, today is Mar 2th. If declined repeat meeting was scheduled on Mar 2nd, 9th and 16th, "A problem has occurred..." error appears. However, If declined repeat meeting was scheduled on Mar 3nd, 10th and 17th, declined meetings are seen as Private without error.)
