Service starts. This is not correct if the user is in manual
    mode.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer found that the Lotus Traveler client on Android may
sometimes sync data even though they have selected Manual Sync
    only in the settings.

Problem conclusion

  • It was found that the application periodically closed and
restarted due to low memory situation on the device. The
restart action would always cause a sync. The Lotus Traveler
client for Android was updated to honor the Manual Sync setting
    during startup.
