Error description

  • Environment:
    Notes:  8.5.2 Standard
    Domino: 8.5.2
    
    Problem description:
    1. sender send a mail with .pdf attachment to 3 users, A, B, C,
    A and B can open the attachment file without problem, however
    when C open the attachment and scroll to page 30, this page is
    blank and an information prompted:
    insufficient data for an image
    
    2. sender and recipient A, B, C are located on the same Domino
    server
    
    3. the attachment is OK in sender's sent copy.
    
    4. the problem cannot be reproduced, and it disappears if sender
    resend the mail again.
