LO65683: PER TIME QUOTA WARNING MESSAGE DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED

• Closed as returned (APAR cannot be resolved without additional info from IBM or customer.)

Error description

• Below is customer's problem description. I could not reproduce
  the issue.
  
  1.User set per time interval (1 day) for quota warning message.
  
  2.but user may receive many quota warning message with in one
  day.
  
  3.debug notes.ini added, and found that LastQuotaWarningTime
  seems not updated
  when sending out quota warning message.
