LO65589: ICAL: WHEN IMPORTING A .VCS FORMAT INVITATION INTO THE NOTES CALENDAR IT SHOWS UP IN THE WRONG TIME

APAR status

• Closed as user error.

Error description

• A User forwards a meeting invitation in .vcs format to two other
  users. The meeting time is supposed to be 9:30AM-11:00AM, but
  when it's imported into the Notes calendar it shows up for
  5:30AM-11:00AM instead
  
  - Tested with the .vcs files the customer provided, and I had
    the same results. The entries show in my calendar from
    5:30am to 11:00am as well. I also looked further into the file
    and found the following:
  
  TZID:America/Detroit --> I would expect this to say Eastern or
  Central and not America/Detroit
  
  In addition something like this should have been specified:
    DTSTART;TZID="Central":20111028T140000
    DTEND;TZID="Central":20111028T144500
  
  In the file the customer provided it doesn't specify DSTSart and
  DSTend. Instead it shows:
    DTSTART:20110915T093000
    DTEND:20110915T110000
  
  - This issue may possibly (not sure) be related to SPR#
    PYPY7L3J4A
