LO64678: CITRIX: NOTES CLIENT CRASH WHEN SHUTTING DOWN

Error description

• Notes client 8.5.2 FP3 on citrix presentation server 4.5.
  
  
  When users close the lotus notes client from citrix, the NSD
  starts running and
  does not end at all. Manually customer had to kill the nsd.
  
  The users' client Notes.ini and Notes Data directory are stored
  on Local
  machine.

  Additional information:
  1. The issue is happening only when users are closing lotus
  notes client.
  2. Before closing Notes client, Notes client runs well.
  3. Issue is only happening on citrix environment.
