LO64607: "FILE "\AUTOMATION -EMBEDDING.NSF" DOES NOT EXIST" ERROR RAISED OPENING NOTES FROM COMMAND PROMPT WITH /AUTOMATION -EMBEDDING

Error description

• You use the following command to open Notes from a command
  prompt:
  
  C:\>C:\notes\notes.exe /Automation -Embedding
  
  No errors are raised using Notes R7 however using Notes R8.5
  where the client is already opened when the command is issued
  results in the following error:
  "File "\Automation -Embedding.nsf" does not exist"
  
  Tests show the following:
  
  Notes R7
  
  Using Notes 7.0.3 with Notes client closed initially: no error
  is raised.
  Using Notes 7.0.3 with Notes client already opened: no error is
  raised.
  
  Notes R8.5
  
  Using Notes 8.5.2 with Notes client closed initially: no error
  is raised.
  Using Notes 8.5.2 with Notes client already opened: "File
  "\Automation -Embedding.nsf" does not exist" error is raised.

  Prevents error "File "\Automation -embedding.Nsf" Does Not

   running. To enable the fix, add EnableOleLaunchFix=1 to
   notes.ini
