Error description

• You have an XPage with an Edit Box set to a number. On the
  afterPageLoad event, you set the Edit box value to 100000.
  Example:
  
  var total = 100000;
  getComponent("myEditBox").setValue(total);
  
  On US English Windows, after the page loads, the value looks
  like this 100,000.  And if you try to put the XPage in edit
  mode, everything works fine.  On a French Windows workstation
  however, the value after page load is like this 100 000 (space
  instead of the comma).  If you try to put the XPage in edit
  mode, you get 'This field is not a valid number' error.
