Error description

  • Customer has had this happen on 2 of 2 HP Elitebook 8460p
    laptops. Issue does not happen in Standard. When running the
    basic client, either maximizing the client or stretching the
    client while windowed does not work properly. The portion which
    contains information (filling about 1/3 of the screen area)
    always remains the same size, and the rest of the screen is
    filled with gray background.
    
    Issue occurs in safe mode with networking, regardless of a 2nd
    monitor or docking station. All video drivers are up to date.
