LO62643: EMAIL ADDRESS WITH AN APOSTROPHE COPIED FROM A WORD DOCUMENT COPY INTO A NEW MEMO CAUSES A DELIVERY FAILURE.

Error description

• A user copies an email address that contains an apostrophe from
  a Microsoft Word document into the To/CC field of a new memo.
  After sending the message, a delivery failure is received.
  
  Fictional Example:
  
  fictional email address: test'802@us.ibm.com
  delivery failure displayed address: test0xL12Cz802@us.ibm.com
  
  If the address is manually typed into the To field, it is
  successfully sent.
  
  In one case, the copied apostrophe appeared diagonally slanted
  in the To field, while in other cases it appeared in a correct
  up and down encoding and still failed to properly send.
