Error description

  • For emails, the date shown in inbox on the Traveler device is
    not the same as
the date on the Notes client. Lotus Notes Traveler is using the
creation date, but the Notes client is using the delivery
    date.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer reported that the e-mail timestamps showing on Notes
Client did not match what showed on a Mobile device.

Problem conclusion

  • Lotus Traveler was using a create date for timestamp. Although
this often was quite close to the delivery date, it could
sometimes be off by quite a bit. Lotus Traveler changed to use
delivery date to be consistant with a Notes client.
