  Router/SMTP -->Message Disclaimers    Disabled
  Lotus iNotes --> Add disclaimer notice to mail memo:  Disabled
  
  Apply the policy to an iNotes user
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  An iNotes user logs in and sends a message to both and internal
  and
  external/internet recipient
  Both recipients receive the message with a disclaimer.
  Bug: The internal recipient should not receive the disclaimer
  
  Note: This problem does not occur with the Notes client
