Error description

  • The iNotes user cannot delete Task document from task view when
    soft deletion
    is disabled in database property.
    
    Steps:
    1. Open the mail file from Notes Client and Disable "Allow soft
    deletions" in
    database property.
    2. Open the mail file via browser
    3. Open To Do list view and Create new To Do document.
    4. From To Do list view, push delete icon.
    5. Click refresh button.
    
    PROBLEM: Nothing is happened.  The task document can open
    normally.
    

Local fix

  • Open the To Do document and push delete icon.
    Or
    Delete from All Documents view.
