Error description

  • This problem occurs using a particular database that is attached
    for this SPR.

    1. Open the database and switch to the view "01. By Project
Name." The second column of the view lists note ID of each of
    documents.
    2. Display full text search bar and set it so that search result
is sort by "last modified." This step in needed for reproducing
    the problem.
    3. Full text search the word "mori."
    4. The document whose note ID is "NT000008F6" is displayed last.
Open the document. (You need to open this particular document to
    reproduce the problem.)
    5. The document has three action buttons. Press the button
labeled "Compose Test." This button creates a new document using
a form specified at the formula.
    6. The error message that says "Server error: Entry not found in
index" is displayed and you fail to create a new document.

Local fix

  • If you set other sort order for search result at the step 2, you
do not have this problem. For an example, if setting "relevance"
for the sort order at the step 2 and do the same steps from step
3 to step 5, you do not have the problem.
