LO59401: COMPACT MAIL.BOX CAN'T REDUCE DATABASE SIZE

Error description

• Customer's Domino server has two mail.box. One mail.box gets to
  120MB. 4:00AM automatica compacting doe not reduce the size of
  mail.box. Compacting
  the mail.box with parameter -c or -B. The compression costs
  about 40mins and
  won't reduce mail.box size.
  
    The mail.box works well except the size can't be recovered.
  The database usage is more than 90%, however, viewed the
  mail.box using notespeek, no document found.
  

Local fix

• Shutdown server and move the mail.box away
  

Problem summary

• This APAR is closed as FIN. We have deferred the fix to a
   future release.
