Error description
Lotus Notes, Domino and Traveler 8.5.2 With mail synched to an iPhone with Traveler account, when emails are read in Airplane mode, the unread/read marks never sync back to the Domino server mail file. Steps to reproduce: - Configure mail with Traveler account on iPhone with unread messages in the mail file's inbox. - On the iPhone, go to Settings and turn on "Airplane Mode". By default this will disable all network connections. - Close settings and go to Mail - Open the Inbox and read a couple of messages. - (note: you will correctly get prompted that the connection is not available since Traveler is trying to sync) - These messages will now appear as "read" on the phone. - Go back to settings and disable Airplane Mode - Sync mail with the server. Now notice in the Notes client that those messages viewed while in Airplane mode still appear as "unread" in Notes. Even after multiple syncs, the unread marks do not update the Notes mail file.
Local fix
Manually change the unread status in Notes.
