LO58043: A THUMBNAIL IMAGE IN A DOCUMENT CARD IS NOT DISPLAYED IN A LIBRARY COMPONENT

 

APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • As for Library component, when a user hover the mouse over one
of uploaded files, a document card including document
information opens.
Quickr provides a option to enable to display a thumbnail image
in the card.
In case of some web browsers, the thumbnail is not displayed in
the card.

This issue occurs with:
- IE 6.0 SP3 on Windows XP SP3
- IE 7.0 on Windows XP SP3
- IE 8.0(Compatibility mode) on Windows XP SP3

This issue doesn't occur with:
- IE 8.0(Standard mode) on Windows XP SP3
