Error description

• Vcard from third party vendor cannot be imported into Notes 8.x
  contacts.
  
  When you open the .vcf attachment with a text editor there
  is an extra semi colon present in the Name field of the .vcf
  attachment.
  
  Notes only supports 4 semi colons in the name field.
  

Local fix

• Open the .vcf attachment with a text editor.
  
  Delete the 5th semi colon on the Name line, there should only
  be 4 semi colons on the name line for the .vcf attachment to
  import as designed.
  Import the .vcf attachment into your contacts as normal.
