Error description

• Install a Domino 32 bit server and client.
  In the admin client, create a policy with a desktop setting
  in which a Sametime account is pushed down to the client.
  
  In the Notes client open the contacts and view the Sametime
  account form. The userename and password are not editable.
  
  The Sametime account form has a field called IS_SERVER_MANAGED
  The post open function of the contacts database has code whcih
  checks for the presence of this field and sets the form to non
  editable
