Error description

  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Launch Domino server and Domino Administrator.
    2. Register a user with "Enable roaming for this person".
    3. Delete the user which you registered step 3 with "Delete the
    mail database on the user's home server" and "Delete mail
    replicas on all servers".
    4. Execute "tell adminp process all" on Domino server console
    5. Open [Server] - [Analysis] tab and "Administration Request"
    database, "Pending Administrator Approval\By Server" view then
    approve the Administration Request documents "Approve Mail File
    Deletion" and "Approve Replica Deletion".
    6. Execute "tell adminp process all" on Domino server console
    
    Problem:
    Following nrf files are remained the data directory on the
    Domino server:
    
    names.nrf
    notebook.nrf
    roamingdata.nrf
    bookmark.nrf
    localfeedcontent.nrf
    

Local fix

  • Delete them with OS command manually.
