Error description
Double click on .ics file products the following error in Notes 8.5.1 and 8.5.2 Notes cannot process your file. The content of this URL does not conform to the iCalendar parsing specification. In the customer location document the browser has set the browser set to Internet explorer Setting to Firefox produces different set of errors. If the customerr goes to the Calendar and Import the ics file then the ics file will import successfully.
Local fix
In lotus Notes select to import .ics file While the workaround is acceptable it should be investigated why double clicking on ics file generates the error.
