Error description

• When you have multiple documents with the same key in a view,
  calling GetDocumentByKey maxes CPU and takes a considerable
  amount of time compared to when there is only one document with
  a unique key.
  
  For example, you have a view that has one document with a key of
  "aaa", one with a key of "bbb", and 99,998 with a key of
  "mytestkey." Running NotesView.GetDocumentByKey on the first two
  keys is very fast (under a second). However running against the
  last key takes a few seconds, with CPU maxed out the entire
  time.
