LO54735: DJX : .NSF (FILE EXTENSION) IS NOT ADDED TO MAIL FILE NAME

Error description

• Steps to reproduces.
  
  1. Register a user whose Last name has a Period by DJX
  Administrator Tool
  2. check the mail file on OS , the users ' mail file name does
  not have .nsf extension.
  
  If we register same name user by Domino Administrator Client ,
  this issue does not occur because the periods were automatically
  got rid of  from Mail File name. DJX admin tool should behave
  same as Domino Administrator Client.
  
  e.g.
  when you register Taro Yama.da/Lotus (whose short name is
  tyama.da by DJX Administrator Tool,  tyama.da mail file is
  created ,not tyamada.nsf
  

Local fix

• get rid of period from mail file name manually.
