Error description
On a Windows based system you use the LotusScript Dir function to list directory contents to fine a file. If the filename contains non-ASCII text the Dir function returns "?" question marks in place of the non-ASCII text. If you try the same function on a Linux Operating System it does return the correct values. The Domino Designer help does not specify that you may encounter different results depending on the Operating System. NOTE: it seems that the Dir function is uses an Operation System equivalent such as Dir for Windows and LS for Linux. Running the Dir command from a Windows cmd prompt returns the same results.
