Error description

• New Mail Notification popup goes behind Notes Client when you do
  [ALT + TAB] and  select icon of Notes Client.
  
  [Steps to Reproduce]
  
  Preparation for test:
  
  1. Open User Preferences.
  2. Move to [Mail - General] tab.
  3. Set "Show a popup"
  4. Click [OK].
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Send a mail to yourself.
  2. After New Mail Notification popup ("You have new mail.") is
  displayed, do [ALT + TAB] and  select icon of Notes Client.
  3. Then, New Mail Notification popup  goes behind Notes Client
  if you use Notes Client 8.0x or 8.5x. This is NOT correct
  behavior,
      If you use  Notes Client 6.5 or 7.0x,  New Mail Notification
  popup does NOT go behind Notes Client.  This is correct
  behavior.
