LO53973: UNHIDE DATABASE DESIGN FAILED

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• Unhide the design of a database using a template will not
  display the
  LotusScript code or Formula.
  Opening the database in the designer , an error message is
  displayed :
  "Formula is hidden" , Formula are not displayed and LotusScript
  code editor is
  empty.
  This does not affect JavaScript or Java code
  
  This error is for all design elements (form, agent, script
  library, view,
  field,etc...)
  
  Steps to recreate:
  
  1. Create a database using the Discussion template
  (discsw6.ntf). It happens
  with different template.
  2. Replace design of the database with the option "Hide formulas
  and
  LotusScript" checked. No design elements will be  available.
  3. Replace design of the database again with the option "Hide
  formulas and
  LotusScript" unchecked. All design elements are available, but
  the formula and
  LotusScript code are not visible.
  

Local fix

• Before step 3 replace the database with a blank template with
  the option "Hide
  formulas and LotusScript" unchecked. And do step 3.
