On Windows 7 64-bit OS, Notes 8.5.1 will not install properly to the C:\Program Files\ folder. Files are incorrectly placed in the C:\Program Files (x86) folder.
Local fix
Install in the default location or specify a new folder name like C:\Lotus\Notes. Files will be installed to the correct location.
