LO53433: "ERROR 582 - NOT AUTHORIZED" SETTING READ/UNREAD MARKS THROUGH NOTES API FUNCTION NSFDBSETUNREADNOTETABLE

Error description

• The Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) has the ability to mark
  documents as read or unread when a user reads or marks them as
  unread.  However, when the mail file has the Advanced ACL
  settting Maximum Internet name and password set to 'No Access',
  then BlackBerry Enterprise Server is unable to perform this
  operation.  This results in "Error 582 - Not Authorized"
  
  It receives an error value of 0x0246 - You are not authorized
  to perform that operation:

  The problem appears to occur in ALL BES versions (4.1.6,
  4.1.7 and 5.0.0 on Domino versions 7.0.4, 8.0.2 and 8.5.1)
  Lotus has also reproduced on 5.0.2 EAP versions.
  
  This issue is under investigation with SPR #MERS85KHA6.
  

Local fix

• On the Advanced tab of the Access Control List (ACL) of the
  database, set the Maximum Internet name and password to Editor
  access.
