Error description

  • This problem is related to SPR# KYOE7HM8PW.
    @ToNumber with DBCS numeric characters returns an error.
    For example, @ToNumber("123") is OK, but @ToNumber("123") is ᆬᅮ
    NG.
    
    This is the regression problem. It does not occur on 6.5.x and
    7.0.x.
    

Local fix

  • Use @narrow to convert DBCS numeric characters to SBCS numeric
    characters, first.
    Then, execute @ToNumber with converted numeric characters.
